Pre-Order Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 7 business days for all pre-orders to be processed.

(Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.)

During the processing period, you will not receive order updates. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping typically takes 2–3 business days after processing.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Shipping method: USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business day delivery)

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience any issues, please contact your local post office directly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the reshipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
